Returns & Exchanges

At Scrumbles, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
